This four bedroom, two bathroom home has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and large area for entertaining or relaxing, a heated pool and dock with gorgeous views of our luscious mangrove landscape. Too much sun by the beach or pool? Relax under one of the covered porches and let your worries fade away. In the mood for a little entertainment? You are just a short trip to Anna Maria's newest boutique district on historic Pine Avenue and some of the best restaurants on the island! Or take a short stroll to the beach to dip your toes in our sparkling turquoise waters and stroll along our sugar white sand. Mediterranean elegance meets Old Florida paradise at Mediterranean Canal Retreat.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted.
