Inside: fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), dining space, living area with TV, and complimentary Sarasota-roasted coffee to start your mornings. Free WiFi included.

Access to shared swimming pool, grills, and on-site laundry. Multiple units are available on the property (16 in total) for larger groups traveling together who would like to stay together but also have their own privacy.

Great location

Overall my wife and I had a very nice time staying where we did. The place was very clean when we got there, but it's pretty small and basic so that wasn't a big surprise. A couple of things that we thought were missing. First there wasn't a dresser for clothes, it does have a decent closet but only 8-10 hangers are just not enough so we bought some extra, again no big deal. We stayed at this location primarily for the ability to stay for 10 days and the location. They delivered on both of these features, you are only a half block away from the main downtown area. When we had a maintenance call, they came out within the hour which was great. One thing that caught me by surprise was the fact that you share a pool but it's with 15 other studios not just the two that are attached to the building we stayed at. Also the pool was not used bc the weather was under 65 so the pool would not be heated, but the pool itself and the area around it was rather nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, I just think there are some small things they can do to improve ones stay.

Absolutely wonderful for a long weekend

Nice layout and out side area. The pool is beautiful with tropical trees and plants around it. Totally clean and comfortable! I love the bed, it was a dream to sleep in. AC was nice and cold. Location is close to the bay and fishing pier. I would definitely return to Spring Ave.

Great Location

We loved staying here for our long weekend in AMI. It was within walking distance to both beaches, restaurants and the pier. Comfortable and cute!
