The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and checking in and out is very easy. The only thing we didn’t like are the pillows. They’re too small and a bit too firm. Otherwise a great stay.

This is the last time I am staying at this hotel. We had a young man tripping out on drugs trying to knock down the door to our room in the middle of the night. Luckily the fire door held!

Hotel desperately needs a deep cleaning and a renovation. Carpets filthy. Elevator walls all smeared. Scuff marks on bathroom wall. Broken and loose tiles on bathroom floor. Very disappointing.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and have never left a review until now. All I can say is avoid this one. It is under some pretty major construction. Even still I would avoid it altogether. The rooms and hallways are old and worn out. After the construction maybe it will be better but from the quality of the work completed so far I doubt it. Even with the renovation, it's just lipstick on a pig.

Overall great location for the airport if you have an early flight. Convenient to dining and shopping. Property entry was under construction during our stay. Overall good value for the price but is showing signs of its age. Staff was very good and helpful.

Renovation

The hotel is under a major renovation that was not disclosed when booking online. My room was renovated except for the bathtub. The main entrance was blocked due to outside renovation.

Well the outside was under renovations which was fine but monday they start jack hammering the front entrance at 7am and then a staff decided to open the door while they were jack hammering letting in clouds or cement dust into the breakfast area causing people to leave the area covering there faces. Leading to the fire alarm going off. Cost too much for that kinda thing to happen regradless if it was the last day or not

In town for Bengals vs Packers game. This hotel had the best price and was in a great location. Check in was very easy and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Had a hot breakfast every day. 45 minute drive to Lambeau Field. I was sent an email after checking out. Would stay there again.

The room was clean, except for a couple of places. A hair was in the sink when we arrived. There was also a couple of pieces lint(?) in the bathtub. One lampshade on the bedside table looked worn/dirty. Staff was very friendly. Elevator floor was dirty at check-in and again the next morning. Some breakfast items were either unavailable or only available at the front desk. The potatoes were inedible. The hotel is going under renovations, so that may have accounted for some things. We stayed 1 night. Safe area. Easy access to I-41.

The hotel is under construction so aspects like the main lobby were new and well maintained. The first room they assigned us had a dysfunctional door but that was quickly remedied. The room was a disappointment but what really mattered (the bed) was fine. We could hear people walking above us past midnight and neighboring showers sounded like they were in our room. The bathroom sink and shower were neglected and there was mold on the edges of the bathtub. That said, it was clean otherwise and the bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk person was very accommodating and friendly.

My room smelled like a boy's locker room. There is construction going on in the hotel to be fair. But just a lot of weird smells and the lady at the desk was smoking outside and reeked of cigs.
