Explained to the General Manager Eugene, that we missed flight due to covid related affects and had no other way of getting from WA to Wisconsin. Charged us for the full stay and did not allow for any leniency, based on their booking policy. Unreasonable and dirty business.

A pleasant surprise

The room was pretty basic at first glance. However, there was a nice mini bar with reasonable prices and a variety of snacks and drinks. Super comfy robes, an umbrella, & a yoga mat were in the closet. The bed could possibly have been the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. A very nice surprise.

Nice hotel

The staff waa very friendly, hotel was clean, room was spacious. The only bad thing i can say was the elevators were very very loud and close to our room. You could hear them all day and night banging and cluncking. They were very wobbly when riding in them as well.
