Seacliff offers so much for your beach getaway. Marianne’s ice cream, great restaurants, coffee shops, and a groceries are all with a 10 minute walk. Gorgeous, super clean, and extremely well located home in the best neighborhood in Seacliff. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves crashing, wake up to the beautiful views. The spectacular kitchen and dining space is the heart of the home. The huge granite kitchen island will be your perfect gathering place for coffee and cocktails and everything in between. Gather together under the crystal chandeliers, cook a great meal on the Italian stove and take in the views of the beautiful oak trees in the backyard. Or bring in something delicious from the many great restaurants just minutes away. The open and spacious floor plan connects the kitchen, dining island, a living room and family room so that everyone can be together but not crowded. There is even a little quite sitting area upstairs for anyone looking to enjoy a quite cup of coffee or a romantic glass of wine while overlooking the ocean. Downstairs features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, beautifully remodeled with solid hardwood floors, quality furnishings, and lots of sparkle. Upstairs you'll find another bedroom, game area and private living room and an additional full bath. The windows and skylights create a sunny and joyful space and the view of the oak trees creates a bright tree-house feeling. There is even an ocean view! The backyard has a great deck and lots of room to relax. Grill something tasty or just sit and take in the fresh ocean air. Four minute walk to the ocean cliffs. Sit on a bench, watch the sunset, enjoy whales breaching and birds and dolphins playing. Another five minutes and your toes can be in the sand at Seacliff State Beach, Rio Del Mar "Platform" beach, and the famous cement ship. This is a perfect quiet home just waiting for you to make great beach memories. Please keep in mind, this is not a home for parties or noisy celebrations. In respect of our neighbors and our very quiet neighborhood, no amplified music outside, no noisy games outside, no heavy drinking, etc.. There are great places for that type of fun, our home is not that place. Fireworks are explicitly forbidden in the County of Santa Cruz. Guests who create a disturbance for our neighbors will be asked to leave without a refund. $500 fee for any pets. You will be renting the entire home except the laundry room and the garage. I'm always available. My home is just a quarter mile away! But one quick text or call and I'll be right there. Seacliff offers so much for your beach getaway. Marianne’s ice cream, great restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store are all with a 10 minute walk. The iconic cement ship is just a few minutes away. And Seacliff is one of the best stretches of beach on the Monterey Bay. You can walk for miles in either direction.

It was a clean and comfortable stay for our friend group of 7. Plenty of beds for us. There could be more seating especially around the TV areas because it was hard for all of us to hang out in the same spot. The backyard was super cute and the location was nice and close to seacliff. Host was very responsive to messages and very nice.

Lovely place, great location

Loved the house, and the location. It could use more seating in the front room and by the TV - we were trying to watch TV and play games as a family (6 of us), but that meant some people had to sit on the floor. Other than that, we loved the place.

Aptos trip

We enjoyed our stay. It was overall a great stay. Easy walk to the beach. Awesome kitchen for family gathering. Location was good for us since our family lives in Aptos. All the bathrooms were nice. The downstairs shower head was only a hand held wand. It worked well. We went out to eat a lot, and, never had a chance to use the grill outside. Easy to use lock on front door. Lots of parking for our cars.

Santa Cruz / Winchester Mystery House

Property was spotless with plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 perfect grandchildren. Location was in a quiet safe neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants. House was stocked with everything needed for cooking and BBQ. Only issue was no washer/dryer and hot tub was not available for use. Great place, highly recommend.

Solid choice- listing oversold the place a bit

Family vacation with my family (two very young kids) and my sister’s family (two school aged kids) to the Santa Cruz area. Clean, good location, easy access to everything in Aptos. Hosts were very kind and responsive. Photos make place look more spacious/luxurious then we felt it ended up being. Kitchen cook ware could be better-limited options& quality. Did not feel like the dining table (center kitchen island) was great for smaller kids but we managed. Probably a better place for adults only. Be aware: no laundry/drying technically included in the rental! Host unlocked laundry room during our stay and allowed us to use (we were there 5 nights with kids) which was very kind but I was surprised it wasn’t included.

Perfect Coastal Home

Beautiful space!

My family came from the East Coast to visit with me so we needed a large place close to the water to stay. The ocean was the perfect distance away. We walked there almost every day. The property owner or manager was fast to respond and help when we found out the access code had changed without her knowledge. She was super friendly and even dropped off a wine opener when the one at the space had broken. Thats a great service! Defiantly recommend a space to stay with family and friends. As long as you plan on being respectful to the close by neighbors. The house is in a neighborhood so of course being respectful and no loud music or parties is expected. Nice back area with some views too! Thanks so much!

Just a summary

The house is beautiful. I wish they had a little more kid friendly dishes. I think the neighbors are using the trash cans, they were full when we arrived. The outside furniture could have been cleaner, we didn’t use it because of spider webs. But overall it is a beautiful place and I am glad I was able to rent it for my family.

Lovely home near the ocean in Aptos

Loved the home, especially the back yard. We spent most of our time there. There are three separate seating areas and lovely live oak trees gracing the yard. Up on a hillside, you can look over the surrounding area. The house was as expected from the photos. The layout and room sizes were ample. Missed a dining room table, but we made do with the table in the yard., where our party of seven gathered for meals. We left a couple items in the home and the host was very kind and responsive and returned them via UPS promptly.

Peaceful and restorative respite

The house, backyard and view were tranquil. It perfectly suited our family of 6 that included 2 young kids, 1 grandparent, an uncle and 2 parents. We enjoyed gathering in the spacious kitchen for meals, movie night in living room, and coffee on the deck. There's a secret tree covered walkway with stairs that takes you down to the beach. We hope to be back!
