I picked this hotel because it presented with a pool and more importantly, a hot tub, a restaurant, and a bar. I have been driving for several days from Cape Coral, Florida. I definitely was looking for a hot tub, a restaurant and a bar to relax for the evening. This was a nonrefundable booking. After checking in, I asked for the hours of the hot tub, I was told the pool and hot tub are closed for the season. I then asked the hours for the restaurant and the bar since I’ve purchased the additional price for breakfast. I again was told, The restaurant and bar are also closed for the season. I feel this information is imperative to have on your website as I would have stayed somewhere else that had the amenities your booking site said it had. Your staff, however, was very polite, but also had nothing to offer other than stating the facts your amenities were closed for this season. Again, I definitely would’ve booked somewhere else.

The hotel is modern, clean and has friendly staff however, 3 different times people were shouting down the hall while we were trying to sleep. Other than this were were extremely happy with this hotel.

No sign at the pool or notice mentioning that snacks are not allowed !!The woman screamed at us like we were kids and made my boyfriend throw away his chips and followed him to the waste basket . We were not comfortable after that. The first receptionist that greeted us was very courteous not the second one. Will never stay there afain
