i would give a 2 star out of 5 very substandard

room was clean (Rm 116) the very first room of the lobby breakfast area but the ac was soo loud and seemed very outdated and old had to just turn it off all night and the entire first floor hallway reaked of moist moldy smell and saw floor fans in the hallway all nght maybe it got flooded

They didnt come straighten up the room while we were there the pool and hot tub were nice my the walls and ceiling were crumbling and the door was broken. I had to wait 15 mins to check out because nobody would come to the desk the room we were in that was handicap the shower flooded the whole bathroom

Terrible stay

It was terrible. Despite all the great reviews i read this was a very bad stay. The hot tub wasn't hot, the TV didn't work and they they ran out of breakfast food. Like how does that happen? I'm never staying here again.
