Lovely large 2 bed 2 bath apartment with air conditioning,good buffet for breakfast and evening meal.well kept and looked after complex,free bus down to los cristianos and playa de las americas. Only downside is the steps for less mobile but there are ramps,around the complex.

A challenging property if you are less ambulent but if you can do the stairs this place represents fantastic value in a good location. Would 100% return here

Lovely and clean. Rip off for havibg to pay €5 for a pool towel, should have jave been a deposit system. Bowling/games area and sauna are not working /available which is not stated on thier website. Decent enoigh breatfast. Good gotel

Great location, great apartment, but a bit tired

It's a great location and what you get for the money is good. If you can look past the tired room interiors then book it- if you want Hilton levels of comfort go book somewhere else as the rooms aren't to that standard - you get what you pay for.

Great apartment but could do better.

Location: Great restaurants are close by as are pubs, I would recommend Taylors for food and football during the day and Dylan's bar at night for the karaoke.
Location is great if you like a walk, staff were very good however we did feel let down when our air con did not work. We reported this for 6 days and on the 5th day were given a portable air con unit and two fans which were useless, only were moved after complaining again on the 6th day that it was still not working. the pool area is very small for a large complex so I would avoid this place in the high season.
