Great location - no children

Cons: Staff politeness and friendliness was not always up to scratch. Breakfast still a scrum - especially the older members of the public.
Great location on the front. Rooms have nice coffee machines, art in the rooms. Public areas clean, welcoming and new design. Pool area a bit of a disaster area.

Sehr modern, hell, ruhig und es halt alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Auch die ChillOut Dachterasse ist der Hammer.

Alors toute était presque parfait! L’endroit, le cadre, la situation, le personnel, les conseils reçus. Quelqu’un qui veut être un peu au calme mais prêt de tout à la fois c’est l’hotel Idéal. Bien plus pour les retraités mais super. Le seul bémol du séjour, mais qui était pas dramatique, c’est que l’hôtel globalement avait un problème technique avec la climatisation. Donc aucunes chambre avait la climatisation. Mais encore une fois, pour nous, c'était acceptable, mais je peux tout à fait imaginer des clients qui pourrait vraiment se plaindre de cela. Mais autrement nickel! Merci encore à toute l’equipe Du H10 Big Sur! Nicolas et tous les autres!

Schönes Hotel mit Meerblick, sehr sauber und gepflegt, Essen fantastisch! Zur Playa nur ein paar Minuten! Schöne Anlage mit Pool und Whirlpool, es wird darauf geschaut, das die Handtücher nicht schon um 7 Uhr auf den Liegen verteilt werden! Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Jeden Abend eine Livevorstellung! Gäste eher älter, keine Kinder! Würden jederzeit wiederkommen, da wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben!

Asiakkaiden keski-ikä varmaan lähellä 80 vuotta. Rauhallinen hotelli joka ei sovi bilettäjille.
