You cannot beat the location. The rooms were very basic, but were clean and felt safe. Considering the prices being charged in Tenerife at the moment, this place was worth every penny. If I was returning again and looking for bargain accommodation, I would stay here again.

I had a problem with my payment (Expedia's fault) and this place accomodated my situation and helped to resolve it. They were very helpful. Despite a few niggles I'm really happy with the resolve from the owners and I think this place is excellent value, probably one of the best value properties in Los Cristianos within walking distance of everything. I wouldn't normally stop in accommodation with a shared bathroom but I was really struggling to find reasonably priced accommodation for one night between ferry and Tenerife South Airport. The location is brilliant for this 7 minutes walk from the ferry port and 12 minutes to the bus stop to get to the airport. It is quiet but close to bars, supermarkets and restaurants. The room is ok there seemed to be 2 bathrooms shared between about 6 rooms. I wouldn't stay in this shared bathroom room for more than one night but for a one night ferry stopover it was good. They seem to have rooms with ensuite and balconies I would pay a premium for this if these rooms were available. I would pay a premium for an ensuite. However needs must the price was good and the room was good at this time of year for the price.
