Courtice staff is an understatement. the night lady feels like an old friend the moment you meet her. You can tell she cares about every customer. She has pride in her hotel and her work. I will stay there again. The room was clean with newer stuff. Great Value

Staff were friendly and professional. However, I had to wear my shoes to walk around the room, the bathroom was filthy (dirty tub with some mold on the shower mold folds, dirty coffee maker, etc.). I can post pictures if needed.

The staff were very nice during check in. The room was okay; the sheets were stained on one of the fitted sheets. We were nervous with our car in the parking lot. Everything was fine when we woke up but I don’t know if I’d recommend this hotel for a young family or single female.

The hotel is just okay. It is relatively clean for the most part, as long as you don't look too closely. It is clear the facility is aging, and the materials and rooms along with it. I'd say there's a 50/50 chance you'll get a room where the carpet is stained, the ceiling is coming apart in the shower, or the furniture or appliances are starting to look rough. The cost of the rooms is a bit higher than it should be too. They should be about twenty bucks cheaper a night in my opinion. I stay there, because I know how bad the other options are. At least with this one, I know what to expect.
