Everything about the stay was good, but with one MAJOR exception. The refrigerator had recently been cleaned with an almost unbearably awful, toxic smelling cleanser. I was only there for one night, but the smell permeated all my food, and even my blue ice. The same cleanser had also been used in another Candlewood Suites room in Memphis, but this time in the lobby and the bathroom. This must be a chemical used company wide, and it NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.

Upon check in Kay at the front desk was wonderful. She truly is the unsung hero of this property. She is the best balance of grace and patience. I get in my room and there is blood everywhere, fresh fried blood. On the fridge, plates, bed sheets and bottom of the bed. Kay came up at 2:30am to change my bed sheets. I didn't gonto another room because the size room i needed wasnt available. The next morning I had a nice exchange with Dulce in the front. Very nice lady. Before I could get the manager name to bring to their attention about the conditions of my room I received via check in, I was accosted by this woman who was also behind the counter. Very rude, loud, condescending. Turns out she's the manager, Marlene. Marlene needs a new job because she clearly hate her job. I do not recommend this hotel. I had great encounters with other staff members but house keeping is lacking and so is management.

The room was clean and staff was nice and gym was great and decorated awesome the indoor pool Hottub was great addition great locations to all outback right across street which was great location and bar only negative is the rooms were very dark and there was a big gap up underneath door going out of room which I didn’t like

Only would clean room one time in a week and it was only a partial clean. Had to go to desk all of the time for toilet paper and towels. One evening desk clerk was really rude when we asked for more towels. It’s a cheap hotel I guess but people need to be better.
