It's a good hotel close to everything. Carla from the reception is the best. I asked if I could check in early and she said she will text me when they have a room ready. She called after 30 mins , my room is ready and that's 12 noon, check in time is 3pm.I will stay again.

The temperature in the room was 76 degrees no matter what I set the thermostat to. Window doesn’t open, there really wasn’t a way to lower the temp unless I turned on the AC in December. That was the only drawback. I find it hard to sleep when the room is that warm.

This place should not carry the Hilton name. It's a dump and we're very disappointed from the property to the staff. The damn elevators also went out during our stay. I rather pay $300 plus per night at Grove Park or even more to stay at the Biltmore Inn and will be making arrangements in advance in the future

The elevator was down in the front of the hotel so it was a long walk to the back corner elevator. Not a complaint, just stating a fact. I don’t mind walking but I saw lots of older guests here for biltmore Christmas that I would imagine needed a closer elevator, probably not the best time to update. Other than that, it’s conveniently located to biltmore, the beds are very comfortable, and everyone was very nice. I would recommend this location and stay there again.

Location great. Trees in parking lot left stains on car… we moved after figuring this out. Elevators were out of service. Outlet next to bed did not work. Breakfast was not complimentary. Most hotels offer free coffee during day. The ambience was excellent with historical pictures. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
