Welcome to The Gathering Place located just thirty minutes north of Asheville NC. Step into a the perfect vacation rental that offers all the amenities and more to provide you with a comfortable, relaxing vacation. Inside, there are plenty of entertainment options to accommodate the whole family, with an elegant woood-burning fireplace settled under a mounted flat screen TV. Make sure to bring everyone downstairs to the game-room, where you'll find another large screen TV, a pool table, Ping pong table and plenty of space for the entire group to play inside and out. There are two private decks. The main deck offers a large outside dining table to enjoy meals and play board games while you take in the cool mountain air and watch the sunset over the beautiful mountains. Enjoy the second space on the main level lounge area where you will find quality patio furniture and get cozy by the fire-pit while you embrace the Carolina Mountains right in front of you.

The lower level is where you will find the the luxury hot tub, mountain view, along with a custom made bar with seating for your family to gather and make lasting memories.

-Main Level Primary: King size log bed with ensuite. Mountain view. Large flat screen TV

-Lower Level Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen, beautiful furnishings, excellent mattress attached ensuite.

-Upper Level Guest Bedroom 1: 1 Queen, comfortable bedding. This bedroom is located on the upper level and offers french doors that open to a private balcony, beautiful mountain views.

-Upper Level Guest Bedroom 2: 1 Queen, beautiful furnishings, excellent mattress.

The bathroom on the upper level is located just steps from each bedroom.

- There is no standard cable at this property. Only Wi-fi streaming services available. Guest must login to their own accounts.

**PLEASE NOTE: It's best if you have an AWD or 4x4 vehicle if you are not use to driving in the mountains. The driveway is very smooth but it is on a steep gravel incline. You don’t get the beautiful views that this cabin offers without going up a steep incline. AWD and 4x4 is not required as we have many housekeepers and guest that go up the road in 2WD vehicles. But as stated it is suggested if you aren’t use to driving in the mountains or on a steep gravel incline**

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well.

GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

IF THE CABIN YOU ARE RESERVING ALLOWS PETS: Pet fees are extra and NONREFUNDABLE The pet fee $100 is per pet per stay or $109.75 with taxes included. i.e. More than two dogs constitutes prior approval by the homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals.

DOGS ONLY allowed! No cats, bunnies, birds, or any other animals allowed unless approved by homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals.

Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.

This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.

PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.

CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.

SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.

FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle.

NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

Please Note: For your safety and security there is a security camera / flood light facing down the driveway towards the entrance of the property. This is the only camera on the property.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. The family-friendly cabin also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
