First they lost my reservation. First time this has ever happened using Hotels.com in 10 years. Then the room they finally put us in stunk horribly. We gagged. And the sketchy people hanging around added to a bad vibe. We left. On a good note. The guy at the desk was decent.

Super Disappointment

This hotel did not look like it did in the pictures on your website. It was in a state of disrepair, and the room smelled like dog urine. We also felt unsafe here. We were unable to stay, had to leave. Went to a better hotel up the road. The only good thing about this experience was the clerk who checked us in & out.

Fair for the price, kind of....

Apparently they are having trouble finding help. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. I was woke up a few times by inconsiderate guest.
