Great service.

Was very good, overall. First room door lock malfunctioned so the night clerk moved us quickly to a new one without any issues. Very friendly, polite and helpful.

Great Place!

I have made several business trips to Auburn University and have stayed at several different hotels. This one was by far the best I've stayed at especially for the price. I will be staying here for all future trips.

Good, can be great!

Overall the experience was really good. The staff was really cordial and super friendly. The location was good and the everything was neat and clean. There was one issue, the commode in the bathroom was not completely secured to the floor, so it wobbles, and the shower was not big enough for adults. Cheers!

The bathroom shower flooded after only 15 seconds. I asked the front desk to be moved at 7am after the first night. I asked thru the day 4 more times with no response. I left the hotel at 9pm with water still standing on bathroom floor. I contacted corporate.

Room was somewhat clean. Bathroom was in poor condition. Shower head was installed too low. The water leaked out of the shower space into the bathroom floor. The sink was leaking and the paneling under the sink was falling apart.

Friendly staff. Had an issue with the room when we checked-in but they were able to move us to another one. No issues after that. Minimal setup in the rooms. Small fridge. Coffee, tea and ice downstairs and available 24/7. Good continental breakfast.
