Three bedrooms, including the master suite, are upstairs, and the fourth is downstairs. The master bedroom has a great sitting area with a gas fireplace; french doors open onto the deck. Two new 42" flat screen TV's with Blu-Ray have been installed - one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. This is a "green" house featuring solar electric panels, tankless hot water heater, double pane vinyl windows, extra insulation and salt water toilets. 329 Descanso is one of the finest properties in Avalon. 329D | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
