We had a great stay here. The property was beautiful and peaceful. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Ophelia was so nice and helpful as was Jose. Highly recommend Canyon Inn, will definitely stay here in the future.

What a glorious hotel - such lovely rooms, pool and restaurant on location. Incredibly kind and helpful staff and managers. All so friendly and calm. I wish I could live there. If I could give 6 stars I would. They were exemplary to me and I was staying in just a simple room. In fact my experience was mirrored everywhere I went in Catalina. What an extraordinary place with beautiful people everywhere I went.

"Our stay at the Catalina Canyon Inn was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to answer our questions and make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, modern, and had very comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the restaurant at the pool. Overall, a great value for the price and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Avalon.

The location can be a plus and a minus. It's not in downtown where you just walk a few steps and you're in the retail and restaurant area. It's .6 miles from downtown so you need to plan your trips. The good thing is they have a complimentary shuttle that is convenient to your mobility. Being up on the canyon, your surrounding is serene not busy. It's the only hotel with a swimming pool. The facility is clean and well maintained. Commendable

Our stay at Catalina Canyon Inn was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the serene atmosphere and well-maintained property. The highlight of our experience, however, was the outstanding customer service. Ophelia truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. She was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had everything we needed. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or just checking in to see how our stay was going, her warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful canyon views added an extra layer of tranquility to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area and appreciated the convenient location of the inn, making it easy to access the island's main attractions. I highly recommend Catalina Canyon Inn for anyone visiting the island. The customer service alone, especially Ophelia's personal touch, makes this place stand out. We'll definitely be returning for another relaxing getaway in the future!

The property and host were Awesome. The only really down point, and it was a very large down point is that we were not allowed in the bar area because of a private party. We picked this hotel specifically because we wanted to be able to stay at the facility and enjoy the evening at the bar without having to travel. In my opinion they should offer us another night free for not letting us enjoy what is advertised on their websites and more.
