Had some hic-ups checking in using the Hinton app. Needed to go to the front desk to get my credit card updated. The woman who checked us in was extremely polite and helpful. Our room was spotless, bed was extremely comfortable. The landscape of the property was really well done as well as a picturesque waterfall structure in view for the people to enjoy from the dining area.

The room was clean. Front desk service was good. Be careful of bed frame. It sticks out significantly which us a tripping hazard. No coffee in the room. Service prior to check in was poor.

Super nice front desk. Received text from hotel the day before arrival providing details for luggage service at the ferry. Nice bathroom. Clean room. Beautiful building and great location. Only reason I did not give 5 stars. Is because the carpet just is not super clean looking. Appears time for near carpets which can be a turn off.

The hotel is clean. And they did offer us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary, but a hotel nowadays should be able to offer a hot shower. The water for Luke warm at best. So uncomfortable and would not stay again
