They pick your luggage up at the dock when you arrive and that I like. We arrived early so they hold your luggage until it’s time to check in. In talking to the clerk at the desk I was asking about making sure our rooms were next to each other as we had kids that would be wanting to go back and forth. She was able to arrange it for us. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I’ve stayed here before and some of the rooms needed to be updated back then and I was sad to see they hadn’t been done. There is lots of chipped or broken tiles in the kitchen. There was no oven rack in the oven and a dirty plate in it. It only had one small pan and pot, 2 plates, a couple bowls and a couple utensils. Also, the dishwasher, light in the living room, and fan in the kitchen didn’t work. The slider for my room didn’t lock and neither did the door for our other room. So I didn’t get much sleep. At night whoever had the room behind ours had music blaring and could hear it all through the bathroom wall. They have changed owners and I hope they fix some things in the rooms. I really didn’t like that they no longer take your luggage back to the dock when you leave. So we had to get a taxi for $25.00 to take it all. If it weren’t for the staff I would have gone somewhere else. I am going back next month and not sure if I would stay there again
