Located just three houses from the beach and downtown, this home is a quintessential beach house in the heart of Avila Beach. Restaurants, wine tasting rooms, coffee shops, and boutiques are all just steps away, while San Luis Obispo, Edna Valley, Pismo Beach, the Oceano Dunes, and Port San Luis are only a few miles away.

This luxury beach house is your home base for a relaxing escape, offering all the comforts you’d expect. The fully stocked kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and oven, wine fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, pantry, and a nearby balcony with a natural gas BBQ grill.

There are plenty of seating areas for sit-down meals, game nights, or catching up with friends and family. The dining room table seats six, the breakfast nook seats four, and the eat-in bar accommodates four more. This upscale condo features dark hardwood floors throughout and two ocean-view balconies—perfect for soaking in the scenery or grilling your favorite meal.

Unwind with a quiet night in on the cozy L-shaped sofa, which wraps around the gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. Enjoy cable channels, games, and WiFi, or convert the sofa into a queen sleeper for extra guests.

Your group will sleep comfortably in two spacious bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with a queen. The master bedroom includes a private balcony, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, closet, dresser, desk, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a beautiful chandelier, flatscreen TV, closet, and dresser. A second full bathroom is located between the living area and master suite and features a glass-enclosed shower with stylish subway tiles. This is an amazing property just steps from the boardwalk and pier. You get a side view of the ocean from the living room window. It is very well appointed and clean - owners have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The only bad part was having to leave!

A quick step to the beach

A comfortable and stylish condo just steps away from the beach at Avila. We enjoyed our stay, our ease of access to the ocean, morning and evening walks on the beach, strolling the boardwalk, dining at the local restaurants. The condo is nicely furnished, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds. Great spot!

Property was well equipped, well maintained. And when there were a few minor challenges (which is inevitable with a VRBO), the property manager was on top of it - even on a Sunday. Great location which enabled us to enjoy the beach and the small town (Avila Beach) which was a block or two away. Relaxing and fun.

Great House

This property is so beautiful and so close to the beach. It was perfect for our little get away. The only thing that would need fixing is the squeaky doors. Some WD40 could take care of that in a heartbeat so guests can sleep while others go explore.

This lovely home on San Francisco Street is steps from the beach. We wish we had more time to stay longer. The home is clean and organized. The beds are comfortable. This is one of the few rental homes with A/C. in Avila. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Stephanie.

The garage parking is nice and the bedrooms are mostly quiet with separate a/c in each room. The condo needs better cleaning though, and some maintenance/updating. The master bedroom was dusty around the furniture and shutters. In the kitchen the drinking water filters need to be replaced. In the 2nd bathroom the plumbing is slow and the shower has little to no water pressure. Some tech additions would also be helpful.

Wonderful place

Avila Beach is a wonderful town and this is a wonderful two bedroom apartment right near the beach… Everything about the place makes us want to buy one of our own! The location, the design and decor, the size, and most importantly very, very, very comfortable beds… So comfortable. Only hiccup might be that the heating seem to be based on an automatic gas fireplace, Which in the bedroom does light it up in the middle of the night… But maybe I just didn’t figure it all out Wonderful place and wonderful hosts! Definitely worth The price that we paid
