The attached crofter (260 square feet) features a private third Master suite. All bedrooms have direct access to comfortable porches, offering privacy and ample space for family and guests. Meticulously maintained, recent upgrades include new roof, exterior and interior painting, and refinished Australian Cypress hardwood flooring. 2021 renovations include brand new living room, master suite and crofter furnishings. Stainless steel appliances, 2-oven range, and outdoor gas connection for BBQ make dining fast and easy. The home incorporates expansive 2nd floor decks with views of the Atlantic and spectacular sunsets, wrap-around covered porches on the 1st floor. Lush, mature landscaping completes the beautiful exterior of this vacation home making it an island oasis. The fully equipped kitchen offers additional amenities for the chefs at heart.
