Travelled across country and overseas. This is, by far, the BEST place to stay in Bangor, ME. They could easily charge twice their room rate and it would still be an excellent value. And to top it off, the complimentary breakfast is over the top when compared to what other hotels offer. I always come back to this place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who comes up this way.

We have stayed here several times while attending family events or visiting people. It is a good, basic place. There has been effort to upgrade the rooms and the facility. The entrance lobby is nice and welcoming and the staff are pleasant. It is nice to have the breakfast included, it was clean and well maintained with the usual foods available. The heating and cooling unit in the room was quiet and did the job well. My only disappointment was how long it took to get hot water to the shower in the morning, it never got much more than warm at this peak demand time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

I didn’t like much about this property. The entrance is nice. The rooms are outdated. The mattress was lumpy, blankets inadequate, and the linens reeked of febreze.

Nice Stay

This was a nice place to stay for a quick overnight. It's not fancy, but very clean, safe, inviting and very close to everything you could need. Front desk staff very helpful. The breakfast wasn't amazing in terms of offerings, but it was presented very nicely. Good value for the price overall.
