The back building had the larger, “updated” rooms without the funky smell

Waited so long for a front desk person that I had to call the main number to tell them we’ve been waiting at counter to check in. It appears people live at this hotel. They allow animals and unfortunately someone’s dog went to the bathroom in the foyer and neglected to pickup after their pet. Rooms haven’t been updated in some time. We felt dirty sleeping there. On the plus side, when we checked out the next morning the female desk clerk was super nice.

Been to just a few concerts the past two years and the staff knows my name upon sight! Always friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service to the concert venue and we love coming here.

Black out curtains did not add to the aesthetic and covered the very noisy AC which did not blow cold air, it was more a cook fan. The bathroom shower leaked water and the mattress were down to the spring and low to the ground. I had to put one on top of the other. Will not be staying again. Would not recommend.
