Will not recommend or stay here again
We were deeply disappointed in this stay at this hotel. It was very expensive and definitely not worth the money. The first night our air conditioner did not work and it was a debacle trying to check in. The guy at the front desk barely made eye contact. He tried to give us a dumpy room the first time then he tried to put us around the back of the property the second time and I finally asked for a specific room around the front and we were able to get that but what an ordeal to get a decently placed room. When the air conditioner went out during the night and we reported it the next day, the girl at the front desk could not be disturbed from her phone and kept telling us to go reset it. We finally insisted that they send a maintenance man out there. The maintenance man, Joe, was the only bright star in the whole ordeal. He was very friendly & efficient. He immediately got us a new unit. We stayed for two nights and after the first night, they did not even come to refresh our rooms. We had to go ask for towels, and the girl motioned where we could pick them up from and said just leave our dirty towels on the floor and they’ll get them the next day. we had to empty our own trash because they didn’t come refresh the room. For the amount of money we paid they could’ve at least done that. To add insult to injury there was a man checking in who had a rate to almost $100 a night less than ours. The only other good thing I can say is that the beds were pretty comfortable.
