Ratings are too high!

Stayed here for a week. Big room with two TVs. One didn't turn on, the other I couldn't turn off! For real, I'd turn it off and it would turn back on. I called the front desk and they say it had a motion detector and they'd send someone up. They never sent someone up. I yanked out all the cables and called back and the front desk said they forgot m. They said they'd send someone up the next day to fix it They never sent someone up to fix it. So I get into my room the next night and not only don't I have any Tv, the internet is completely down. I call up and they said they are taking care of it but now I have absolutely nothing to do for a few hours I went to talk to them and I asked "you don't do a turn down service?" because my bed wasn't made or anything either. They said they do it every 3 days. So on the 3rd day they did fox the tv and the internet was back, but no turn down service. I ran into the front the front desk person and asked why no one came in and she said they will do it tomorrow. Nope! And of course no one came for the rest of the stay. I got sick when I was there so I had all the trash cans overflowing with tissues and food boxes but I just dealt with it I know La Quinta's suck. But this one has really really good reviews. And it was before the closest to where I was working that week. So I thought I'd give it a shot. Should've trust my instincts. So for anyone else looking at the ratings and thinking "oh, maybe this LaQuint is different"- it's not!

We only stayed one night. We checked in very late, 10pm. It was a rough travel day. We were treated at the front desk by a friendly representative. Check in was quick. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and decor. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and dark. Breakfast was delicious. Again the staff was outwardly friendly.

Sleep deprived.

I had a room rate locked in and at registration room change to one that was all ready to go. Lost my great rate that was set. I know this isn't your fault, but the room next door was blaring music from 1:00AM till 3:00AM.
