The customer service was subpar. As a guest, you had to do the work of the facility. We requested clean towels and Raj, front desk staff member, made you bring the dirty towels down. I asked him if someone could come get them, he said no. The room had mildew appearing areas in the bathroom. I would not recommend staying here.
