Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
This area is my hometown and I traveled there from Illinois thinking that it would be the best option to stay at cause I remember it being so nice before. But when I tell you I was sadly mistaken! This place needs some pointers on cleaning for sure I walked into our room and I out of habit had me and my kids checked the bedding and stuff yes I get that it’s a hotel their will be stains and junk I’m not at all this kind of person to whine but I flipped my bedding to find feces on the quilt and blood droplet stains on my kids quilt At some point you have to bite the bullet on saving money and get all new bedding that’s just awful!! And it seemed they didn’t put any effort to look around while “cleaning” due to the fact there was Taco Bell rappers all along my daughter’s bed side. But when I went to the desk to ask for different bedding she goes and grabs one of the buggies and threw my “clean” bedding into it that was also at the bottom filled with other collections of people’s hair and dirt in it. But I’m never one to complain so I just took it but that was wild to me she gave that to me and said here ya go a walked back to her computer? The next day the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and between me and my girls well you gather that not the best it’s nasty not to flush I tell the gentleman at the desk and he says ok I’ll switch you rooms gives me a smaller room and that room also still dirty and had women’s hair smeared all on the bathroom mirror and shower! Do better
