Our room was very clean. It was a little smaller than I expected and not well insulated from neighboring noise. I am pleased with the value for traveling with a pet, but we could very much hear the other neighboring dogs and our upstairs neighbors were very loud; both when they arrived late and left early. There is no fan in the bathroom. The beds only come with three pillows and when I requested an additional pillow, they had to take it from an unoccupied room. When I got back to my room I realized it was covered in hair. I just put it on the floor and gave up that idea. The hot tub is out of order which was very disappointing. Our kids enjoyed the pool.

Quiet room, good area. Hot tub was down for the season even though we called 4 days prior to arriving and was told the hot tub would be accessible. We booked this hotel for that reason alone. Very large crack in the room door. Could see through the door from the hallway. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Great hotel for the money. I was treated wonderfully by the front desk girl. Breakfast was great addition to the stay. My only complaint was the pool was closed. I booked through Expedia and this is the second time I have booked to have a pool but upon checking in the pool was not open. This should be updated on the sites so that people are aware of amenities that are not available at the time of booking.
