Good: courteous , super helpful, super friendly staff. Good location. Affordable. Very nice breakfast buffet. Extremely pleasant terrace/ garden. Bad: Shelf /cupboard space is too limited. Mattress was mediocre.

Great location, nice clean rooms. Lack of amenities but we continue to return to this hotel. Always happy. Right by a station and close to the meteo.

The hotel looks great, nice rooms, comfy bed and great bathroom. The black out blinds and curtains worked really well. The location is great, right beside a station. It is a little bit of a run down area which might put people off but I wasnt bothered. I would say my only gripe with the place was the lack of amenities. No water, no coffee or tea making facilities, no fridge, no toiletries bar some soap. Other 4 star hotels for the same price would have these things. However, if my favourite Berlin hotel is booked up I would still stay here again.

Alles in Ordnung, außer - ein Doppelbett sind einfach 2 Betten zusammengestellt d.h da ist immer eine Lücke in der Mitte was extrem unbequem ist vor allem für ein Paar. Die Info sollte man online anmerken, damit sie Gäste es wissen bevor sie ein Zimmer für 2 mit Doppelbett buchen.
