This room should have never been rented, heater cover was broken, hanging open, the noise that came from the heater at night was obnoxious to the point you couldn’t sleep, I shut off the thermostat and it continued to turn on every 5-10 minutes on its own, I finally tipped the couch over on it to mute the sound, awful nights sleep. It’s a Marriott, I expect a little common sense when comes to hospitality, when I showed the front desk pictures and a video with sound they offered me some lame ass points. Won’t stay again as I’ve used this hotel many times before!! They say you get what you pay for, wasn’t the case!!!
