The entrance is hidden a little and can be confusing, but otherwise this is a wonderful hotel. Close to the metro station very comfy pillows and beds. The AC was ice cold, which is a great thing in the heat of summer. Lots of shopping and grocery in the area.

Some of the staff don’t know how to treat customers especially the manager IVA, she is not professional she is racist, arrogant, and doesn’t care about customers safety. The hotel elevator is old and doesn’t function properly they didn’t place any sign to let people know and my sister was stuck in the elevator, but when the fire department came to pull her out, none of the staff came to check on her until we left the hotel. Expedia took deposit from me and The hotel also charge me more than what I supposed to pay I am waiting for them to return the rest of my money. They charge my sister also for the dates She did not stay at the hotel because of that incident in the elevator. I could not recommend that hotel to anyone./.

Every person on staff was top notch! They wanted to make sure that you were totally satisfied at every turn. All of the staff worked well together to achieve the common goal of taking care of the customer and keeping the property clean and well stocked! I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone!!

The staff was not nice. No microwave and no makeremover in the room. Dirty bed. The elevator was broken with no sign on it. I get into it and get stuck for minutes before firefighter came to rescue. I do not recommend the hotel

The property is in a perfect spot convenient to most of what is needed. My biggest concern was the cleaning staff. unless yu request for the room to be cleaned, no one will come in to clean or even empty the garbage. I had 5 nights of stay and my bed was not changed at all. I left the room everyday and came back lake night to a dirty room. It was like this every day even when i went to the front desk to report. i had the worst experience ever in a hotel. The breakfast menu had very limited choices for $19.00, sorry.
