My siblings and I had a good experience with this hotel! Slight issue at first concerning the safety deposit, but management was professional, and accommodating. Besides that, the staff were friendly and courteous. Place was clean and tidy and was a good walking distance to places to eat and shop. Gym was good as well. Good experience all around

Overall great room.

We had a couple of issues in our room however they fixed them immediately. The food was good. Great hamburger for dinner one night. The beds were super comfy and the room was clean.

Great hotel!! Efficient and friendly staff, great location outside of the DC craziness but still a 30 minute drive from everything you’d want to see. Clean, new, great pool, nice surroundings.

I stayed for two days for business purposes. The hotel exceeded all my expectations regarding the room. I loved the 24-hour gym, which had more equipment than other hotels. The staff at the front desk was probably the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. I felt welcomed. It is so friendly that I plan to stay at the Holiday Inn next time I come. The hotel is well-lit as well. Just to compare it to another hotel in the area, the Comfort Inn in Shady Grove, where I stayed about six months ago, the front desk was unfriendly, and the service area was dimly lit. My room had a TV that was practically brand new. The manufacturer date was less than two year ago. I was able to hook my usb ssd 4tb with video and watch in 4k. I also was able to play my PS5 as well. Modern gym equipment as well.

I had to leave another hotel in the same area because of the odor in the rooms so I was pleasantly surprised that your hotel was clean and the staff was outstanding. I loved that you also have a restaurant in the lobby because I had a six hour drive and was extremely too tired to go out for anything. Thank you.

The service desk was amazing. Polite, professional, and efficient. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was clean. Service by Q and Kenny was absolutely amazing. Food was cooked perfect and absolutely no wait for drinks and food. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others staying in the area.
