BEST STAY EVER

Our stay was excellent from check in to check out. Akeem, William Rosa were amazing in taking care of all of our needs. The workers on the 3rd floor laying carpet were so kind and professional even while people had to get on and off the elevator. I was honored to share LEDO'S with them for their hard work.

Good stay.

Comfortable rooms, kitchen needs some improvement. One of the TVs was not working (which was negotiable as there were 2), great customer service, good breakfast options. Overall very good!

Disgusting

We booked a room to break up the drive from OBX to Akron Ohio. It was easy to find but upon arrival the lobby was warm and muggy, one of two elevators was out of service. We took stairs when possible. Our room smelled musty like they haven't cleaned the air conditioning. Since its a pet friendly hotel it smelled like they used lysol to cover up the urine from previous bookings, which would be remedied if they had removed the carpet and replaced with ceramic tile or laminate. Our light fixtures were dingy with film like they never been cleaned, and the paint was peeling around the window area. Lastly, although the cabinets were stocked nicely, the trash can was way too small.

The room was fantastic but the a/c didn’t really kick in for a few hours so it was a little stuffy at first. The beds were a bit stiff for us, but we sleep on a pillow top. Breakfast was decent for being included and the staff were quick to refill items. All in all we got what we paid for and we are content customers
