It was stains on the couch. Noise at all hours of the day. Room was too far from the front. Breakfast wasn't included even though stated it would be. Floor was filthy and needed vacuuming.

Hotel was clean, and the staff pleasant and helpful. Overall a perfectly acceptable place to stay. The only issue was the poor snow removal efforts, which left us slipping and sliding on ice or hard packed, icy snow, getting in and out and to the parking lot. Serious fall risk that wasn't addressed at all from Saturday through Monday morning. To make matters worse, the door closest to the parking lot wouldn't open with the key card, so we had to traverse even more snow and ice to get to the next available door. Please buy a snow shovel and some ice melt or someone is going to get hurt. Aside from that issue it was a good visit and we were pleased with both the accommodation's and the price!
