Escape to the Snoozy Moose, your Big Bear Family Getaway! Discover a cozy retreat nestled in the heart of Big Bear City. This newly renovated 2,000-square-foot home offers ample space for up to two families. With a delightful outdoor play area, it's the perfect spot for kids to explore and have fun. Located just 10 minutes from ski resorts, Big Bear Lake, and The Village, you're close to all the best attractions. Enjoy nearby hiking, biking trails, and shopping.

The Snoozy Moose is a two-story home located on a quiet, residential street on the North Shore of Big Bear (a two minute drive from North Shore Boulders). There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Two living rooms, a dining area, fully-stocked kitchen, bbq, outdoor play structure and fenced-in yard. There is plenty of seating and cozy corners to gather and relax.

There are two parking spaces in the driveway. It's 30 feet long so if you have a camper or boat, you will have a place to park it during your stay. There is also room for one parking space on the street during the summer months only.

My phone number and email will be provided upon booking. Also you will be provided with a keyless entry code for the duration of your stay. Amanda Michaels is your in-person contact for any in-person needs during your stay.

This is a tranquil, family-based residential neighborhood. The Snoozy Moose is lucky to have some really friendly neighbors. That being said we ask that if you are looking to have a party, please do it somewhere else. The noise ordinance is adhered to strictly in Big Bear City and we want our neighbors to be respected.

It's easy to get to the ski slopes, the lake, hiking trails, shopping, and the Village all in less than a 10 minute car ride. It's a quick bike ride to the nearest trailhead. Please be advised that snow chains are required on all vehicles during the winter months which don't have 4-wheel drive. Please check the weather conditions before you make your way up the mountain so you can plan to have the best time possible.

We offer free wi-fi and Netflix on Roku TV. We also have an EV Charging Outlet. Guests must bring their own charging cable.
1. No parties: The Snoozy Moose is a family home in a family neighborhood. We ask that if you would like to get a little loud and crazy to choose somewhere else to rent. We respect the peace of our neighbors and want our beautiful home to stay beautiful to share with many others. Any formal complaints received from the police or neighbors about excessive noise, destructive behavior and rowdiness will result in an immediate eviction and forfeit of security deposit.
2. No Firearms period. If it comes to be that a guest has brought a firearm on the premises, it will result in an immediate eviction and forfeit of security deposit.
3. No Smoking/Vaping inside or outside on the property.
4. PARKING: Only two vehicles are permitted to park in the driveway. No street parking is available. Violators may be ticketed and towed.
5. Please adhere by the Good Neighbor Brochure which you will find a copy of both at the property and in the photos section.
6. Please note: When reservation is made through VRBO/HomeAway, payments charged will appear under Starlight Holdings, LLC via Stripe.

Time with Family

The property is cozy, with everything you need for a family get away, comfortable beds, warm fire and plenty of room for kids and grandkids. It's close to just about everything you would want to do with your family. Thank you for the great memories we made!

Located in a quiet residential area away from traffic of downtown big bear but also close enough to everything you need. House is lovely and clean. Great setup for families. We enjoyed our stay.
