Everyone was very helpful and very polite. They went above and beyond what their job entailed to make you feel comfortable. Excellent room space and bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Better chair in the room would be the only thing I wish they had. I have had back surgery and the chair was very uncomfortable and the only other place to sit was on the bed.

Overpriced especially considering the elevator was out of service. However, I was informed of this ahead of time and the hotel offered to make accommodations for this if necessary.
