Fixture in bathroom are rusted and it looks like most things in the bathroom are caulked. The Gym treadmill didn't work correctly, and the door to the indoor pool is broke. The entry door from the parking lot doesn't lock, even though there is a hotel room card reader. Last, there was a strong oder of marijuana next to the elevators. I expect more for a rate of $220 per night.

Disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. 4 members in our room but only 2 washcloths. Went down to ask for 2 more washcloths but was told they “were out” so 2 people in our group bathed with hand towels. The breakfast was the nastiest breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The eggs were massively over salted. There was a line for the ONLY waffle maker and there was nothing else to a make a breakfast from. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Will never, ever stay there again.

If you like disgusting rooms that have been rotten down by dog urine, unclean bathrooms and odd smells, this is the place for you. Staff is great but conditions of everything is disgusting.

All the staff was wonderful. The breakfast area was top notch as well as the lady that runs it. The guest services was wonderful as well as all the staff. They truy have wonderful people that work there. The room was very nice and kept up well. We will be back.

This property is aged and dingy. We had to ask to be moved because our room was nasty. They tried to redo rooms and left the rest of the hotel aged and dingy. Not a place I would stay. Very disappointed usually the Comfort Suites are nice. This one is NOT!!

I jad a great experience from check in through check out. Front desk was friendly and courteous and my room was amazing. They are also doing remodel in some areas but there was no inconvenience to guests. I can't wait to see the finished results after the work is done!

The room did not feel safe at all and had a bad smell. It smelled like it had been flooded before. The shower area was not very nice and the beds smelled just like the room. Real musty and unsanitized.

These people are a scam. Wont refund you. Beware, and BE AWARE, NOT TO BOOK HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK HERE. You will regret it. Ignored my calls. Very unprofessional. Not worth booking.
