Nice Biloxi spot

We stayed at the Biloxi Hyatt Place as looking for an apartment. Our daughter is being stationed in the Air Force in Biloxi. I had never been to Biloxi before. Loved the hotel as close to very nice beach and had water view. We also were close to some great seafood spots. Staff friendly and quiet for sleeping.

My stay was great, as always. Hannah checked us in and was super personable all throughout our stay. Grounds was clean and staff diligently worked to keep it that way. Other guests were nice too. Room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping was readily available too. Breakfast was good and refilled throughout the morning.

We weren't given the room we booked, no view, pool wasn't clean and hottub wasnt wirking we were told to leave the pool area because they were closing, had no parking for the vehicle i parked it on the crub all night definitely wasnt worth the money, and stay, didnt have microwave, and room carpet smelled, was dirty i definitely need my money back, it was our anniversary

Unhappy sleepers

Loud barking dog next to us. Asked to move. We were put in a room directly below barking dog. Couches smelled of DOG! Would not recommend unless you travel with dogs. Oh, and our first room was a double queen and they gave us a single queen. Will probably have to pay for the double.
