Arrived after 9pm for check in to an empty lobby. No one at reception desk, no notice of where anyone was or steps to take nor no bell to ring for help. After an extended wait a kind lovely lady appeared annd began checking me in and almost immediately another lady did as well. I paid for an upgraded room with a view when I made my reservation. Upon entry discovered my upgrade bought me a view of reception awning and parking lot in the general direction of the beach but you could not see with so many oaks directly in line of view. I was too tired to ask for room change. I then took a shower in the well light bright fresh bathroom and discovered while there was shampoo and conditioner the large refillable body wash was empty. So I just used shampoo. No biggie. Bed had great solid quality linens but the mattress those linens were on has not been regularly

Hotel is dirty and worn. Needs a deep clean and a face lift. Everything looks worn out. The pool was awful. So dirty, full of sand and murky.

Had a group of 31 - 13 rooms. Lynn - front desk manager - was very rude. One room had a porno magazine in a drawer. One room had bed bugs and fleas and they wouldn’t change the room until maintenance verified the issue a day later. Lynn told our group we needed to take our trash to the dumpster out back. Talked to the GM who was just as rude and never apologized for anything.

The location was near the place I was visiting. The property itself was nice, however you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway. Couldn't sleep because of the noise in the hallway.

We arrived on a Sunday - along with everyone else. They were very short staff the night we stayed and a lot of people were checking in. The host checking us in was also the bartender at the same time. The kitchen was closed because they didn’t have anyone to work it. I felt bad for the lady working because she was doing so many jobs at once. The a/c on the 2nd floor had issues. It was hot in the hallway and our rooms a/c had a hard time keeping up so it was muggy. The main lobby was nice and cold though. The pool was closed due to maintenance. They did however let us use the Hampton Inn pool next door. The breakfast Monday morning was incredible!! There was a huge variety of delicious food!! That was the highlight of our 1 night stay. The best of luck to that hotel.

June Biloxi Stay

The hotel was very nice and room was clean. The front desk ladies were extremely friendly and it was nice that they had 24-7 bar and food available. We definitely enjoyed our visit and would stay here again. The location is great and has a lovely view of the ocean. My only complaint is that the pool water was about 2 feet low and this caused the filters to not be working. As a result, the pool was murky and had a lot of leaves and debris in it. Also the breakfast buffet was just ok. They kept running out milk, bagels, and yogurt.
