When I got to biloxi after driving 2 hours the hotel receptionist told me that HoTel.com cancelled my room …. when I got in contact with hotel.com they said it wasnt cancelled on their end …. The hotel offered me a room thata was 200 dollars more than what I booked my room for … all of yal were wrong worst trip to biloxi never again

Mrs. Paula checked me in. She was the sweetest. The room was clean and quiet. The only thing I noticed was the counter wasn’t cleaned well. The bed was comfortable but I did wake up hurting but I’m also used to a little softer mattress. It was reasonably priced and I would stay there again.

The breakfast was very good and the dining area was clean. The room was spotless. The bed was adequate, a little noisy. The traffic nearby was loud. Staff was very nice. I think I'll give them another stay.

Staff is great! Bed was very comfortable. We kept hearing a noise and wasn’t sure where it was from but the bed frame is metal so any Time you moved or got up and down it would make a noise! First night had a crying child up at 2 am, 6 am we didn’t get much sleep that night. Room was nice and clean.

Room lacked attention from last guests: bathroom counter was not wiped down (had toothpaste residue on top and in lavatory, shower same-soap residue and floor not clean. Bedding was clean and comfortable. But, the most disturbing was the care of the Bathroom. So, I had to wipe down the counter and lavatory to use it. I did not take a shower because it was not clean and I felt I had to wear my shoes in the bathroom. I was too tired to ask for another room and the fact that the Counter Attendant (evening) was rude and not welcoming, I did not feel like dealing with her. Upon check, I asked for a receipt of charges and was told that it wasn't possible. Very disturbing stay and would love some sort of compensation. A bit pricey for the condition of the room.
