Second time staying here. Check in was easy and fast. My biggest issue is the cleanliness of the rooms. First thing I noticed was the stench of the room. Then the comforter had a huge burn stain in it. Multiple surfaces had stains and clearly were not cleaned properly. The bathroom was worse and had hair, stains, and the toilet seat wasn’t even screwed on all the way. I hate to complain but seriously whoever cleans needs to take their job seriously.

On a map it looks like it is within walking distance to the downtown area but is cut off by high speed roadways. The facility is run down. I was accosted on the way back to my car at night.

There for 4 days. Overall loved my stay. They advertised breakfast but every morning went in to get breakfast and there was nothing. Just waffle batter and cereal. No syrup….nothing in the hot container…no milk. And never anyone around to ask for more.

Horrible!!

I wish I would have taken pictures. When me and my husband walked up to our room we could immediately small dirty and we could see through the window that it was dirty. We opened the door and the beds hadn’t been made, there were food containers all over the counter and the room smelled so bad. We didn’t even walk in, we walked checked out and got a refund.

Cleanliness needs to be a priority

Arrived and was check in quickly by a nice lady. When I got to my room, I took a quick look around and immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned well by the cleaning staff. The bathroom was especially nasty unfortunately with stains and hair on the tub and shower curtain. Gross. The AC worked well though however somehow a wasp got into my room and i had to kill it. Bed was comfortable but i used my own comforter. And place is right by some railroad tracks so when a train passes you will be woken up by it and the shaking.
