Pool area needs an overhaul! This place was really nice at one time. But they have not maintained it properly for a while. Spider webs don’t really bother me… but above the bed where the wall meets the ceiling two huge spider webs. So yeah lack of cleaning and maintenance is a problem. Wish they would bring it back to the way it was.

Okay but not great

The hotel could be really nice. The lobby looks great, but the elevator is so small and was pretty dirty. Tons of dirt on the floor. The halls were clean. The entryway to our room smelled like cigarettes and the garbage was overflowing both nights we were there. In our room, the beds are hard and there was a dirty Q-tip under the sink. The room was clean other than the Q-tip. The front desk lady on Saturday and Sunday morning was more worried about her phone than looking at us when we talked to her. The breakfast ladies were so sweet and nice. The evening desk clerk on Saturday night was great. He brought us towels to our room and was super nice. The main reason we booked their was the pool. It was down so no swimming for us.
