I specifically booked this hotel because it was affordable and said* it had laundry services to come to find out the washer and dryer were both out of service and no alternative options were offered and they were clearly broken for some time

Elevator was gross, it smelled like cigarette smoke, there was a large dark stain on the floor, the whole carpet needed to be replaced a while ago. The shower drain was plugged, there were large floaters in the tub, not sure what that was! VERY NASTY! Definitely will not stay there again.

We did not eat breakfast because they stopped serving at 9am on a Saturday morning. I find that a little too early to stop serving breakfast on a weekend. But the hotel is remodeled. The beds were comfortable and the front desk associate was great. The pool is TINY and there is no hot tub like stated on the website. The pool was freezing cold. We would stay here again. The location was very convenient to the event center and mall.

We had a bit of tough check in due to the hotel not having our booking. Hotel and rooms are outdated. The tv didn't work. There was construction in the hotel during our stay and early in the morning Friday. However the staff were really nice and dealt with our issue during check in. Always greeted us kindly.

The rooms were dirty and it seemed like the housekeepers need better training on how to clean. The man at the front desk was helpful and got us a different room which ended up being just as bad with hair from the last guests in the bathrooms and on the bed.

Not what we were expecting

My Dad and I thought we would get a nicer hotel after being in the backcountry for 2 weeks. We clearly chose the WRONG hotel The wallpaper in our room and bathroom was peeling off due to moisture, the toilet whistled extremely loud for 5 minutes straight after each time being flushed, and the tub had black stuff growing in it. For the price we paid, we were expecting much much higher quality, we will not be using Comfort Suites again.
