Room was somewhat clean, bathroom door is damaged and peeling. Needs to be replaced. Hair dryer didn’t work. Staff immediately brought a new one. Parking lot seemed creepy with vehicles that had not moved in many days, as seen by snow around them

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was paint chipping off the wall. There was dirt and grime all over the walls. The bathroom look like it hadn’t even really been cleaned when I let the front desk guy know that we were not going to stay there. We were only there for an hour, and I booked a hotel at a different hotel because of the cleanliness and the filth in there His replied to me saying we weren’t staying there was OK

Was lied to by staff and charged 2 nights when I was told I was only charged 1. The bathroom door was falling apart and our room smelled terrible. Parking lot was glare ice hot tub was broken without notice. Do not recommend to ANYONE.

Bed was very uncomfortable, parking is directly outside the window with lights shining straight through, pieces of the wall and ceiling peeling off, and it smelled like weed the entire night. Breakfast was okay - nothing to brag about. Will not be returning.

Staff was fine. Rooms, shower, everywhere very dirty. At first i was thinking the sheets and towels looked clean then i seen the condition of everything else and made me concerned what the washers look like that wash the linnen. We were looking for a cheaper hotel in good condition. We live 1.5 hours away and go for bulk shopping and some just need a cheap place to stay thats not $150 a night. This hotel is absolutely not it.

The first room had a bad odor the staff said they put a ticket in to have it resolved and it hadn't been addressed. He knew it was bad. The sink was clogged and toilet broke in the second room. Holes in the walls and stained sheets. The front desk was such a mess it looked like a basement storage or construction zone.
