We have enjoyed other Homewood Suites hotels, but this one was in need of a renovation. Apl of the carpets were filthy,,the hotel smelled terrible. The mattress was awful, the sheets, blankets amd pillows were even worse. The toilet was tiny and about 10 inches from the ground. Breakfast was disgusting. Truly. Weird, round ham floating in 3 inches of water, unidentifiable pulled pork. Inedible eggs. Just awful. No hospitality, chastized for asking for water.

It was okay…

Check in was great as was breakfast. Elevator was making a weird noise and shaking at 4th floor. Room air was quite warm even all the way down. We all slept with only a sheet and woke up multiple times due to temperature. My kids said that the pull out bed was very uncomfortable.

We found this hotel via a search when a glitch caused us to not be able to complete ourctrip in one day. We were very happyvto find a hotel along our travel route at a reasonable price. Itcwas clean, quiet, and nice enough, but was a step or two below where we had stayed the previous night...carpet stains, lesser quality appointments, smaller luggage carts, a queen size blanket on a king size bed. Nothing that made the stay uncomfortable or difficult, we just noticed the difference between the properties. The bed was comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, but had limited choices. Most people would probably find itvto be fine, but I can't have gluten so there wasnt much for me to choose from. All in all a nice place, but I'd probably look at one of the other hotels if needing to stop in that area again.
