Room was clean. Heated Pool and sauna were quite nice. Breakfast buffet was typical although some of preferred fruits and pastries seemed to go quickly and not be fully restocked. The Front desk was reasonably friendly. We would come back.

The lady that prepares breakfast starts early for construction workers like me so that we get breakfast before we leave. Best Western should review their hours of operation so that breakfast can officially start early. They should also recognize that lady for seeing a problem and fixing it.

Wonderful stay in the Poconos. Warm, cozy place and a perfect winter atmosphere. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help.
