The door would not close and lock. We had to use the safety look. The hand soap in the bathroom was coming off the wall. The body soap in the shower wasjust sitting in the tub instead of where it went. The AC did not cool the room at all.

My room wasn’t that clean you can still see coffee spots when walking in my room was cold no heat I don’t have a tv remote got one and the tv still doesn’t work the pillows are really little and uncomfortable I am not enjoying myself at all and there was no hot water and a big dent in the bed my back is on fire

Meri at the front desk was phenomenal! Friendly, talkative and very helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Unfortunately, water in the pool was very cold - not many guests were brave enough to dive in.

Nice but pool is COLD

Hotel breakfast and room were both nice. However, the pool was FREEZING. It was not swimmable due to the extremely cold temp for an indoor pool. Very disappointing for my kids.

The only thing I didn't like about the buffet was they hadn't changed the food out. We got down there about 7:00 7:30 and the eggs were pretty dry and the biscuits were heard on the bottom. But other than that we had a great stay

It was an average stay. Ok for the price. There were a few mishaps but the staff seem to try to handle things quickly. The rooms were dated and a slight smell sink was broken but The staff was very nice and tried to handle issues that came up
