We were on a road trip from WA state to NM. We wanted a break from driving so booked two nights at Desert Rose Resort and Cabins. The staff were all friendly, the included breakfast had plenty of choices. Our room faced the back of the property with a beautiful view. The indoor pool was amazing. We were there the end of October so the main restaurant was closed for the season.

Molly at the front desk is very welcoming and has been there a number of years, so helpful. I can't say enough about the quality of the rooms, furniture, pictures, linens, bathroom shower curtains, products, bedding, etc. I have only stayed in the Courtyard King with private patio and will continue staying in those rooms, because I think they are wonderful. Bathroom cabinets are quality and I love the little coffee nook in the bathroom, so you don't wake up people who may be sleeping late. Quality coffee cups. A lot of resorts these days have a fridge filled with stuff, so when you want to bring something along, you can't fit it into the fridge. Not the case here. Actually, the freezer part works and is large enough for some ice packs. I usually bring some wine along for the patio in the evening.
