The property is in an easy access of everything in Boca Raton. We were very dissatisfied with the service and uncleanliness. Bugs in bathroom and no one addressed it after several days of reporting; No cleaning of rooms after several days of requesting. I had to send an email to the hotel manager and am awaiting a response to our treatment and dissatisfaction.

The property was okay overall. The carpet in the rooms needs to be removed and replaced with a newer flooring system. The carpet contain dirt spots and looked unsanitary in certain places. Replace it new ceramic or vinyl flooring.
