First, you have to realize how much you’ve paid for the room! So there are going to be some problems, shower wasn’t clean, no toilet paper, room could have used more attention. But…beds were nice and what made up for any of these minor issues was the staff! They were amazing and tried to help with any problems we had! Appreciate the great people trying to help you enjoy your stay!

This place was the dirtiest thing I've ever stayed in and all my years. I slept on top of the bedspread. Never used any of the facilities and left as soon as possible. Unfortunately

I asked to see the room before I stayed The room had not been cleaned,was dirty unkempt. Hallways dark and poorly maintained front office was disorganized no one knew what they were doing. I refused to stay. I want a refund to my credit card.

Nothing went well from the ex-con looking front desk person insisting I had to pay a 100 deposit for a room that was $60 ;per night that resulted in him calling the police while we called Expedia in the parking lot who was very helpful and understood the non refundable reservation needed to refunded. Thank you Expidea no thank you for hotel.

The staff didn't even activate my key cards the hot tub was closed the room was absolutely disgusting... Dead cockroaches furniture that looked found on side of the road bed uncomfortable entire experience disappointing and creepy and gross
